The absence of advanced technology in underdeveloped countries has contributed to the lack of exposure of the inhabitants of these places. The lack of basic incentives, utilities, and infrastructure are all contributing factors to this problem. Proverty and illiteracy are some of the reasons technology has not advanced beyond certain cities in the West, Asia and Europe. This blog will focus on issues arising from the absence of technology in some areas of the world while other places are introduced to newer and more advanced technology every year, and some places haven't seen any technological changes at all.
